IP Cameras
I'm trying to add multiple IP Cameras at one time to my NVR but my system is only finding one camera. How can I resolve this?

Mobile App
I want Motion Notifications sent to my phone so I know when my cameras are seeing movement. How do I do this?

On the mobile app, ensure you are logged in with an Email Address and Password then do the following:

  1. Click on the Person Icon in the top left corner
  2. Select "Settings" in the bottom left
  3. Make sure "Event Notification" is turned ON

On the mobile app, go to Device Management and do the following:

  1. Select the device you want Motion Notifications for
  2. Click the three dots to the far right
  3. Go to "Channel Settings"
  4. Select your Channel/Camera you want to pickup motion in the drop down at the top of the screen
  5. Select "Alarm Switch" to enable motion for that camera
  6. Repeat for each camera you want to pickup Motion

To have full control of motion settings, go to the Internal Settings of your Oculus NVR/XVR

What is the name of the Mobile App I need to download?

To view your Oculus System on your mobile device, visit your App Store and download "OculusCCTV"

The OculusCCTV Mobile App is supported on Apple and Android Mobile Devices only at this time. If you want to view the cameras on a PC or Mac, please download the OculusVu VMS Software

How do I view my cameras on my phone or tablet?

Once you have professionally installed your Oculus equipment, you will need to download the OculusCCTV Mobile App on your Apple or Android Device.

After the download is complete, you must register with an Email Address and Password to login to the Mobile App and start adding devices. Once you are logged in, follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Device Manage"
  2. Select the red "+" at the bottom of the screen
  3. Select "SN Add" to add your Oculus Equipment via Serial Number
  4. Scan (or Manually Enter) the Serial Number located on the bottom of the Oculus Recorder and/or the side of the box the equipment came in
  5. Enter the username and password of your Oculus Equipment
  6. If Applicable, Enter the 6 Character Unique Captcha Code located on the bottom of the Oculus Recorder and/or the side of the box the equipment came in (CHARACTERS ARE CASE SENSITIVE)
  7. Select a Group to add your Oculus Equipment to. Default Group is "My Devices"
  8. Complete the setup

Once you're back on the Oculus Mobile App Home Page:

  1. Select the Red Camera Outline in one of the empty camera squares
  2. Check the box to select your Oculus Equipment
  3. Select "Continue" to view your cameras
